Mr. U K Singhal is an Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI. He has got rich experience of more than 27 years in Legal and Corporate matters. He is the founder promoter of Sigma Legal Group. He is an Advocate practicing with Delhi High Court, NCLT and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (1994 batch). He set-up “Sigma Legal Group” and soon expanded his team by adding more and more qualified Professionals into his team and diversified into Business & Corporate Litigation as a Corporate Advocate.
With the vast experience and contacts in the Corporate Sector, he got in-depth knowledge and experience of successful litigation in the related fields of law. His core area of practice includes IBC, CIRP, Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Law and Arbitration proceedings. He is also acting as legal advisor to various big corporate houses and banks. He has good knowledge and skill of using technology for the betterment of Corporate Sector. It is a result of his slog and supervision that Sigma Legal Group has got engaged by so many Indian as well as Foreign clients (Based in Canada, US, Netherland, Singapore etc.).
